As part of Caritas Jerusalem's efforts to serve the needy more efficiently and increase transparency with our partners by having accumulated data ready to share whenever a partner needs detailed information on the progress made in our interventions and the impact they had on the community, Caritas Jerusalem is in the process of acquiring a new internal software system as part of our Organizational Review and Development Process (ORDP). This system can help to strengthen governance by giving financial as well as other managers with financial data that they may utilize to efficiently administer programs, develop budgets, and manage resources. Additionally it will incorporate several integrated modules, primarily a comprehensive accounting system, procurement module, HR manual, microloans module and project finance management module, project management, health management module, beneficiaries lists, and other detailed information, into a comprehensive system. Resulting into the consolidation of the work of all departments and assist the employees in having all of the necessary data gathered in one location, unified, organized, and archived.
