His Beatitude Patriarch Pierbattista Pizzaballa made his traditional pastoral visit to Gaza on the occasion of Christmas. Sister Bridget Tighe, Secretary General of Caritas Jerusalem, and about fifty Caritas Gaza Center employees welcomed Patriarch Pizzaballa, before meeting with the director of the center, where they discussed the health services provided by the center.

During His visit, His Beatitude Patriarch Pierbattista Pizzaballa was accompanied by Father Davide Meli, Secretary of the Latin Patriarchate of Jerusalem, and Mr. Sami Al-Youssef, General Procurator of the Patriarchate.
