This Project Aims to Improve access to PHC services and contributing to reduced preventable mortality and morbidity.
Results:
Result 1: Basic PHC services are available to five marginalized communities across the Gaza Strip.
Result 2: Home-based PHCs are available to vulnerable individuals in 5 marginalized communities across the Gaza Strip.
Result 3: Advanced primary healthcare services are available to five marginalized communities across the Gaza Strip.
Activities

Five FBHTs will be hosted by CBOs in Rafah governorate to provide basic PHC services to IDPs and marginalized communities. Every team will work for 5 days weekly and the daily target per team will be minimum 50 consultations.

The FBHTs structure will be one general practitioner, one registered nurse, and one pharmacist.

The FBHTs will work five days a week and will conduct a minimum of 50 PHC consultations per working day. 30000 Basic PHC consultations. The average monthly target per operational team is 1000 consultations.
